What estimators ask before they send a first set.

  1. The free sample

    Is there a free sample?

    Yes. We count the first 10 sheets of your set free, so you can see the work before you pay. Samples are limited each week, so we confirm yours by email. Send drawings for a free sample.

  2. Per job

    How much does a bath-package takeoff cost?

    A small job is $165, a standard job $245–375 and a large job from $650. Every set is scoped and priced from your drawings, and you approve the fee in writing before we start.

  3. Turnaround

    How long does a takeoff take?

    3 business days, counted from confirmed scope and complete drawings. Rush puts your set ahead of the queue for +30%.

  4. Formats

    What do I get back?

    An organized Excel in your format, plus the marked-up PDF plans. We fill in your own bid template, use our standard sheet, or lay it out as a supplier sheet. How takeoff formats work.

  5. The make-good

    What if you miss a count?

    Show us the sheet and the line. We correct the count and credit the fee for that job, up to the full fee you paid.
