Use of the site

Century Takeoffs is a brand operated by Zenda Management LLC ("Century Takeoffs", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Zenda Management LLC, doing business as Century Takeoffs, and apply to centurytakeoffs.com and to the takeoff services we provide. By using the site, submitting a form or engaging us, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Use the site lawfully. Do not upload files you have no right to share, try to break or overload the site, or send malicious files.

Quotes and engagements

• Century Takeoffs produces quantity takeoffs for the bath package (shower and tub bases, surrounds, shower glass, barn doors and bath accessories) from drawings the client provides, delivered as an Excel report in the agreed format with marked-up PDF plans.
• Fees are quoted and confirmed in writing before work starts. The scope and fee we confirm in writing are the ones that apply. Published fees and monthly plans are on the fees page.
• Standard turnaround is 3 business days from confirmed scope and receipt of complete drawings.
• Rush jobs move ahead of the standard queue and cost +30% on the job fee.
• Payment terms are stated in the written confirmation or invoice.
• When drawings change after delivery, we re-count the changed sheets. The re-count is free when the change comes from our error; otherwise it is billed as a revision, quoted before we start.

The free 10-sheet sample

We count the first 10 sheets of a set free of charge. Samples are limited each week and are confirmed by email; we may decline a request. A sample carries no obligation to buy anything.

The make-good

If Century Takeoffs misses a count, tell us which sheet and line. We correct the count and credit the fee for that job. The credit is capped at the fee paid for that job.

Client materials and confidentiality

• You confirm you have the right to share the drawings and documents you send us for this purpose.
• We use your drawings only to produce the count. We keep your drawings and project information confidential and share them only with people and service providers who need them to do the work, or when the law requires it.

Deliverables are estimating aids

A takeoff is an estimating aid. Counts follow the drawings and documents you provide; if they are incomplete, unclear or change, the counts follow what was provided. A takeoff does not replace field verification or the contract documents. You remain responsible for your bids, pricing, orders and the work you contract to perform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the total liability of Zenda Management LLC, doing business as Century Takeoffs, arising from any job is limited to the fees paid for that job, and it is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost bids.

Intellectual property

Your drawings remain yours. Once the fee is paid, the deliverable is yours to use in your bids and to share with suppliers and partners. The site, its text, design, images and our standard templates and methods belong to Zenda Management LLC and may not be copied for other purposes without our permission.

SMS Program Terms

• Sender: Zenda Management LLC, doing business as Century Takeoffs.
• Programs: "Century Takeoffs Project Updates" (service messages) and "Century Takeoffs Offers" (marketing messages, sent only if you separately opted in).
• What we send: texts about your takeoff requests, scope and fee confirmations, delivery notices, revision updates and account notices; and, only with your separate consent, occasional offers.
• How you join: by ticking a text-message box on one of our forms and giving your mobile number. The service box and the offers box are separate, and both are optional.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@centurytakeoffs.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Eligibility: by opting in, you confirm you are the account holder for the mobile number you gave us, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
• Privacy: see the SMS section of our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in for third-party marketing.

Calls, chat and AI assistants

• Calls and chats are operated by Zenda Management LLC, doing business as Century Takeoffs. We may use automated and AI assistants to answer or place calls and to answer website chats. Their answers are informational. A quote, fee, scope or turnaround is binding only when Zenda Management LLC, doing business as Century Takeoffs confirms it in writing.
• Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We tell you at the start of a call when you are speaking with an AI assistant and when the call is recorded.
• Outbound calls that use an automated system or an artificial or AI-generated voice are made only with your prior express written consent, given by ticking the call box on one of our forms.
• To stop calls, reply or say STOP, or email info@centurytakeoffs.com. You can ask for a human at any time.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• How we handle chat transcripts, recordings and transcripts is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date posted at the top of this page; the terms in force when we confirmed your job in writing apply to that job.
