Who we are

Century Takeoffs is a brand operated by Zenda Management LLC ("Century Takeoffs", "we", "us"). This website and the takeoff service are run by Zenda Management LLC, doing business as Century Takeoffs, which is responsible for the personal information described here. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through centurytakeoffs.com, by email and by text message, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at info@centurytakeoffs.com.

Information we collect

• Form data: your name, company, email address, role, project name, bid date, scope, preferred format, notes and messages you type into our forms.
• Uploaded drawings: the drawings, templates and links you upload or share with us, and any information they contain.
• Phone numbers and SMS and call consent records: the phone number you give us; whether you agreed to service texts, marketing texts, calls, or none of them; the exact consent wording you saw and its version; the date and time; the page you were on; your IP address and browser type at the moment you agreed; and opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests.
• Communications: emails, calls and text messages between you and us.
• Chat, call recordings and transcripts: if you use website chat or speak with us by phone, including with an AI assistant, the chat transcript, the call recording and its transcript, your phone number and call details (time, duration), and whether you agreed to calls, including the consent wording and its version.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, approximate country and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

• To scope, price, produce and deliver your takeoff, and to handle revisions.
• To reply to you, call you back when you ask us to, and keep a record of the job.
• To send the text messages and make the calls you agreed to, and to keep proof of that consent.
• To answer chats and calls, including with AI assistants, schedule work and improve our service.
• To send occasional offers by email or text, only where you have agreed to them.
• To keep the site working and secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal and accounting duties.

We use your drawings only to produce your count. We do not use them for anything else.

SMS / text messaging

Text messages are sent by Zenda Management LLC, doing business as Century Takeoffs. If you tick a text-message box on one of our forms, we will text the number you gave us. Service texts cover your takeoff requests, scope and fee confirmations, delivery notices, revision updates and account notices. Marketing texts with occasional offers are sent only if you tick that separate box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can use our service without agreeing to texts.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@centurytakeoffs.com. Full program terms are in our SMS Program Terms.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) that process it solely to send the messages you asked for.

Chat, calls and AI assistants

Zenda Management LLC, doing business as Century Takeoffs may offer website chat (Chatwoot) and phone lines answered or placed by AI voice agents. We collect chat transcripts, call recordings and call transcripts. They may be processed by AI service providers acting on our behalf, to answer your questions, schedule work and improve our service.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We tell callers at the start of a call when they are speaking with an AI assistant and when the call is recorded. We place calls that use an automated system or an artificial or AI-generated voice only to people who have given prior express written consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

The chat widget may store a cookie or a local storage item in your browser to keep your conversation open between pages and visits. It is not used for advertising.

Providers: Chatwoot (chat), Twilio (calls and SMS), and AI model and voice providers. They act on our behalf, and none of them may use your data for their own marketing.

We keep chat transcripts, call recordings and transcripts for as long as we need them to handle your request and the related job, to resolve disputes and to meet our legal duties, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

To reach a human, say or type "human" or "agent" in a chat or call, or email info@centurytakeoffs.com. To stop calls, say STOP on a call, reply STOP to a text, or email us, and we will stop.

How we share it

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf, under instructions to use it only to provide their service to us: hosting and file storage (Cloudflare), email delivery, SMS and call delivery (Twilio), website chat (Chatwoot), and AI model and voice providers that power our assistants. None of them may use your information for their own marketing.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, for example to comply with a subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add website chat, its widget may store a cookie or local storage item to keep your conversation (see Chat, calls and AI assistants). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

Retention

We keep project files, form submissions and emails for as long as we need them to deliver the work, handle revisions and meet our legal, tax and accounting duties. We keep SMS consent and opt-out records for as long as you receive texts from us and for a period afterwards so we can prove consent and honor opt-outs. Ask us and we will delete what we no longer need.

Security

Files and records are stored with our hosting provider using encrypted connections, and access is limited to the people and providers who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission, but we work to protect it and will tell you if the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to info@centurytakeoffs.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will answer within the time the law requires.

California residents can request access to, correction of and deletion of their personal information, and can learn the categories of information we collect and why, by emailing us at the address above. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children

Our site and service are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International processing

Our clients are in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, and our production team works in Central America. Your information may be stored and processed in those places, which may have different data-protection laws from where you live. We take steps so it is protected wherever it is handled.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you before it applies.
